{"id":3584,"date":"2026-04-21T11:50:03","date_gmt":"2026-04-21T15:50:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/medicamentquebec.ca\/?p=3584"},"modified":"2026-04-21T11:50:03","modified_gmt":"2026-04-21T15:50:03","slug":"corinne-hoesli-obtient-un-financement-majeur-de-la-fci-pour-une-plateforme-dorganoides","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/medicamentquebec.ca\/index.php\/2026\/04\/21\/corinne-hoesli-obtient-un-financement-majeur-de-la-fci-pour-une-plateforme-dorganoides\/","title":{"rendered":"Corinne Hoesli obtient un financement majeur de la FCI pour une plateforme d\u2019organo\u00efdes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>21 avril mars 2026 \u2013 Nouvelles de nos chercheurs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"178\" data-end=\"443\">La chercheure Corinne Hoesli et ses collaborateurs ont obtenu un financement de plus de 6 M$ de la <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Fondation canadienne pour l\u2019innovation<\/span><\/span> (FCI) pour le projet BRAVO \u2013 Biofabrication robuste et avanc\u00e9e pour la valorisation d\u2019organo\u00efdes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"445\" data-end=\"914\">Cette initiative vise \u00e0 structurer une cha\u00eene compl\u00e8te de biofabrication d\u2019organo\u00efdes \u2014 des mini-mod\u00e8les de tissus humains cultiv\u00e9s en laboratoire, utilis\u00e9s pour tester plus efficacement l\u2019impact de nouveaux m\u00e9dicaments. La plateforme int\u00e9grera des capacit\u00e9s de contr\u00f4le de qualit\u00e9, des bioproc\u00e9d\u00e9s adapt\u00e9s ainsi que des m\u00e9canismes de transfert vers des environnements conformes aux normes GMP, contribuant ainsi \u00e0 rapprocher la recherche de ses applications cliniques.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1249\" data-end=\"1501\">Ce projet illustre concr\u00e8tement l\u2019effet levier recherch\u00e9 par M\u00e9dicament Qu\u00e9bec.
